Zalzal Lake

Zalzal Lake Muzaffarabad or famously called (Earthquake Lake) has surroundings along full of green mountains, located near Chikkar in Muzaffarabad Azad Kashmir, Pakistan. It was created after the earthquake has happened in 8th October 2005.

Somehow, The water of this natural lake flows and merges into the river Jhelum near Hattian Bala. Thus, this beautiful natural lake has become nowadays the eye-catching visited spot among tourist because this peaceful, charming natural lake has a heart touching history which remain be a part of the Muzaffarabad Azad Kashmir people for memorial purpose.
