Taxila Museum is famous for its unique collection of Gandhara art, located in Khanpur Road, tehsil of Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan. It was established in 1918, and its foundation stone laid by, Lord Chelmsford Viceroy of India. It was opened for the public visit in 1928, by the efforts of Sir Habibullah the Minister of Education.
