St. Patrick's Cathedral Church Karachi, is the first worship place for Christian Community in Pakistan, located on Shahrah-e-Iraq (Clarke Street) near Empress Market, Saddar, Sindh. It was initially built in 1845, and was famously called Saint Patrick's Cathedral or St Patrick Church.

It is formally famous among local people as a Clarke Street. Mostly, Christians as well as Muslims also wanted to visit this stunning building called "Saint Patrick Church “on weekends.
