Red Fort Muzaffarabad has another famous name called Rutta Qila, located in Neelum Road, Muzaffarabad, Azad Kashmir, Pakistan. It was built in 1646 by Sultan Muzaffar Khan, or as say that Chak rulers of Kashmir, the founder of Muzaffarabad city.

Rutta Qila Muzaffarabad is a historical fort in early time, it was very interesting or elegant fort but now a days its damage and condition was not as good as it was. Many Tourist, Visitors and families come here to take pictures of this historical fort and got to know the information about this fort.
