Hazrat Bahauddin Zakariya Multani

Hazrat Bahauddin Zakariya Multani Multan or Baha-ul-Haq or called Abu Muhammad Bahauddin Zakariya shrine, located in Qilla Kohna Qasim Bagh Road, Punjab, Pakistan. He was born on 04 June 1171, at Kot Kehror village of Layyah. His Mausoleum was constructed in 1268, after his death which looks significant from others.

However, Hazrat Bahauddin Zakariya Multani (R.A) was a famous personality as a Sufi of Suhrawardiya among all. Instant, his journey was started after his father died, firstly, he started to went Khorasan, the place known for learners to be learned in that place, so that, he were passes their time to learn about Islam for seven years, then he next went to Bukhara place, the center point of Islamic learning, he complete his learning skills in that place, meantime, Bukhara people like him behavior with others, that's why, they gave him the new name with the honor of called as a Bahauddin Farishta (Angel) for his pleasant and soft nature and obedience.

Bahauddin Zakariya Mausoleum and Shrine design is very elegant and stylish square formed with an octagon overhead, it covers half area of square, overhead the octagon is the religious hemisphere of Muslims. Thus, decoration is seeming to be antique and almost every other mausoleum in Multan city has the same design with beautiful traditional tiles even that the famous Tomb of Shah Rukhn Alam Design also resemble to his shrine which look so elegant and unique from other cities of Shrines and Mausoleums.

Millions of devotees, families, couples, tourist and visitors from all around the world visit his shrine in daily basis, as well as in URS Festival which held in yearly basis find full of rush which can't be handle.
