Bara Gali

Bara Gali Abbottabad is a scenery hill mountain resort, located in Abbottabad, District Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. It's also one of the most beautiful sightseeing travelling spot among travel lovers. It's an altitude about of 2,350 meters (7,710 ft).

Bara Gali Abbottabad is also a well-known place for "University of Peshawar Summer Campus" which is one include of the top listed universities in asia. However, it has around a wide range of dense forest which have large number of green trees with full of beautiful seasonal flowers, small valleys, a lake can be seen in town of baragali.

Some history back in the time of British rule, bara gali was a small cantonment, that was occupied in the hot summer months it by one of the British mountain batteries which were stationed at Rawalpindi in the winter.

Bara Gali tourist spot lies on the road between Abbottabad and Murree, it is about 15 miles from Abbottabad and 25 miles from Murree.
